　This Academy will provide an opportunity to cultivate “ningenryoku (total competency),
“public spirit,” “holistic streamlining responsiveness” and global perspectives for passionate and dedicated entrepreneurs,
successors and directors of large company who will lead the next generation. Through these opportunities, we will nurture human resources that are suitable as true executives and contribute to the Japanese economy of the 21st century.
　The Academy instructors are Ichiryu’s friends and acquaintances whom he respects and who are “masters of life,” brimming with ningenryoku.
Not limited to just classroom lectures, participants will have human interactions with top-level instructors in politics, government,
and business that have been carefully selected from Ichiryu Associates’network.
Through such interactions, participants will gain first-hand experience of real management philosophies and life lessons,
cultivate a sense of perspective, and connect that to self-transformation and the creation of an inner culture.
Through this, we hope to train human resources that can be active and that can make leaping achievements as a
member of the international community.

　The Academy, which was inaugurated in May 2008, entered its 4th year and has turned out approximately 120.graduates.
